#### Requirements
- Accredited waste management service provider with full accreditation for transportation, handling and disposal of hazardous waste (valid for the contract duration).

- Drivers must hold a Professional Driving Permit, Trem Card and certification for dangerous goods transportation.
- Submit mandatory returnable documents and complete SCM compliance items (including declarations and independent tender determination proofs).
- Minimum functionality score of 60/100: experience in medical/hazardous waste and appropriate vehicle age/condition (references and vehicle documentation required).
- Evidence of current accreditation under the City’s Integrated Waste Management bylaws; renewals encouraged if nearing expiry.
