**Procurement of collect, deliver, hot dip galvanizing and duplex corrosion control for KwaZulu-Natal dams under Eastern Operations on a 3-year contract.** Open to firms with galvanizing and corrosion-control capability, including experience with SANS 121 hot-dip galvanizing, and with relevant registrations and certifications (CSD, SARS tax compliance, CIPC, BBBEE).

#### Requirements
- Registration: Central Supplier Database (CSD) with MAAA number on SBD1.  
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN (or provide CSD/PIN); where no PIN, provide CSD number; valid tax clearance.  
- Registration: Active CIPC/CIPRO status.  
- BBBEE: Valid BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for specific goals).  
- Bid forms: Complete and sign SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1; initial pages of C1–C3; provide Letter of Authority for signatory.  
- Technical: Compliance with SANS 121 for hot-dip galvanizing; galv. at contractor’s premises; proof of HDG qualification (HDGSA membership or SANS 121/SABS certification).  
- Documentation: Returnable documents (CK certificate, original tax clearance, certified IDs of shareholders, CSD reports, BBBEE proof, etc.).  
- Contract conditions: Accept GCC/GCC-like terms; provide performance security within 30 days of award.
