- Original or certified copies of: ID document, company registration (CIPC), BBBEE certificate
- VAT registration number (if VAT registered)
- Prices valid for duration of order; payment within 30 days of invoice
- Evidence for HDI points (if claimed): Black race, Women, Youth, Disability (with required documents; disability requires HPCSA medical certificate)
- May be requested to provide OEM product certification
- Quotations received after the closing date/time will not be accepted
