## Summary

#### Overview
**We are procuring a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of three aircraft tugs**, to appoint a qualified service provider to perform OEM-aligned diagnostics, report faults and conditions, and supply separate repair quotations for the two Goldhofer tugs (No. 14 and 15) and the TLD TMX 650 Tug 12.

#### Requirements
- Conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment on each tug per OEM requirements using OEM-approved or OEM-compatible equipment and procedures.
- Identify/report faults, warnings, and potential mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues; provide a detailed diagnostic report per tug with causes and recommended actions; provide a separate quotation for any repairs.
- Deliver certificates of conformance after calibration; ensure work complies with RFQ specifications and applicable regulations.
- Phase 1: critical requirements (e.g., minimum 12-month warranty; adherence to RFQ specs; certificates after calibration).
- Phase 2: functionality criteria (lead-time evaluation; 1–10 days = 100 points; 11+ days = 0; minimum 90 points to progress).
- Phase 3: price and preferential goals (weighting: price 80; BBBEE, ownership by disadvantaged groups, disability, and gender criteria with specified points).
- Documentation: valid BBBEE certificate or affidavit; valid Tax Compliance Status PIN; completed SBD 1 (international) and SBD 4 (local and international) forms.
- Commercial terms: 100% payment within 15 days after receipt and compliant documentation; purchases via Official Purchase Order; no delivery before PO.
