## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a service provider to conduct maintenance at Delareyville Post Office.** Scope includes repairing roof trusses, broken windows, water leaks and plumbing, hollow brick work, and suspended ceilings, with the roof work prescribed by a structurally qualified engineer and ITC-certified upon completion.

#### Requirements
- CIDB minimum grade 1GB (active) or CRS number valid at closing; CRS acceptable if CIDB not held (see CIDB clause).  
- Engineer/Roof Specialist must have structural qualifications; ITC certificate issued after roof repairs.  
- On-site assessment and delivery of a functional office with applicable Compliance Certificates (ITC where applicable).  
- Compliance with building standards (SANS 10-400) and applicable by-laws; OHSA; Local By-Laws; NRB/COIDA.  
- CIDB/CRS, CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance (PIN/TCS) and, if applicable, separate TCS for joint ventures; CSD number if no TCS.  
- BBBEE: meet Specific Goals (≥51% Black-owned, ≥51% Youth-owned, ≥51% Women-owned, ≥1% Disabled). BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.  
- Returnable documents: SBD1, SBD4, Annexure BC, CIDB/CRS proof, COIDA Letter, BBBEE documentation, pricing schedule (see Annexure BC).  
- 120-day bid validity; 30-day payment, VAT inclusive (from contract).
