## Summary

#### Overview
**Construction of electrical distribution networks and installation of new connections in Cabo Delgado province (Mozambique).** EDM, under the ProEnergia+ program, invites eligible bidders to submit sealed proposals for four lots of MV/LV distribution network works and new connections, in a national competitive process under World Bank IPF procurement rules. The contract is planned for about 7 months and divided into four lots.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility per World Bank IPF procurement rules; open to eligible bidders.
- Proven experience in constructing MV/LV distribution networks and installing new connections.
- Sealed proposals only; no electronic submissions.
- Bid security per lot: Lot1 975,000 MZN; Lot2 975,000 MZN; Lot3 585,000 MZN; Lot4 1,365,000 MZN.
- Include Formulário de Divulgação da Propriedade Efetiva as part of the bid documents; supply documents as per the bidding pack.
