## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of borehole drilling with booster pump and water treatment system for Ndlangubo Clinic (WIMS 058501), including associated construction works.** Open to contractors with CIDB grading 3CE or higher, with borehole/water treatment experience; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with EPWP local-labour targets and tax requirements.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading 3CE or higher; CIDB certificate to be provided.
- Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and supply the CSD number.
- SARS Tax Clearance (Tax Compliance Status PIN) valid for tender period.
- Registration and/or evidence of capability for borehole works: Borehole Water Association of SA (BWA) and Ground Water Association of KwaZulu-Natal (GAKZN).
- EPWP compliance: local labour targets, CLO, and related reporting (monthly EPWP data, worker records, etc).
- Health and safety plan per Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1993; HIV/AIDS compliance and awareness reporting.
- Local implementation requirements: local labour preference, community liaison, and possible sub-contracting to local emerging enterprises (EPWP/PPG criteria).
