**Construction of Ngovhela Phindula Ring Road**. Open to capable road-construction bidders with CIDB 4CE or higher (or a joint venture led by a 4CE+ partner) with experience in roads and stormwater and compliance with CIDB, SARS tax clearance, COIDA, CIDB/CSD registrations, and local-content requirements.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 4CE or higher; joint ventures allowed if lead partner meets 4CE or higher and combined designation meets tender value.
- Compliance certificates: CIDB registration, Tax Clearance (SARS), COIDA/Workmen’s Compensation, CSD registration.
- Local content: declaration and calculations per SATS 1286:2011; proof of local content where required.
- Pre-qualifications: compulsory site briefing and potential site visit; proof of municipal rates/taxes status; evidence of past road/stormwater projects with client references.
- Documentation: complete MBD returnable documents (e.g., MBD1, MBD3.3 pricing, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and other SCM forms; sign and submit the original tender documents.
- Compliance checks: not in service of the state; not on tender defaulters list; declaration of interest; LI staff availability (names to be provided).
