**Construction of the Railton Links Community Walkway – Phase 3.** Bidders should be civil engineering contractors with a CIDB grading designation of 4CE or higher and relevant experience in similar civil works.

- Valid Tax Clearance certificate and Tax Compliance PIN (SARS)
- CIDB certificate, B-BBEE certificate, certified copies of directors/owners’ identities, municipal rates and taxes, and all other relevant documents
