#### Overview
**Provision of consultancy services for feasibility study, environmental and social impact assessment, topographical survey, and preliminary and detailed engineering design of roads, NMT facilities, drainage, and solar street lighting in Mavoko Municipality.** Open to qualified firms with demonstrated expertise in urban road design, ESIA/ESMP, geospatial surveying, drainage design, NMT facilities, and solar lighting; Joint Ventures allowed (max 2 members). #### Requirements
- Proven experience in feasibility studies, ESIA/ESMP, topographic surveys, and road/NMT/dRainage/solar street lighting design.
- Key experts with relevant qualifications; JV partners may form a two-member team (max 2) per Data Sheet.
- Compliance with Kenya laws: tax compliance certificate, PPRA debarment checks, and no conflicts of interest; no involvement of public officers or their close relatives.
- Submission of mandatory forms and certifications, including Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination, and signed Technical/Financial Proposals as required.
