## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of consultancy services for provision, implementation and ongoing support of the Official Corporate Electronic Mail Service for the Bungoma County Government.** Eligible firms (including joint ventures) with ICT and email-system deployment experience are invited to bid. The selection method is **Quality-Cost Based Selection (QCBS)**, with separate Technical and Financial proposals, and a 120-day proposal validity.
