#### Overview
**Consultancy services for the Environment and Social Compliance Audit for the Mkhondvo Ngwavuma Water Augmentation Program (MNWAP).** Bidders must be eligible Eswatini-registered consultants; foreign firms may participate. This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) open to qualified environmental and social compliance auditors with GIIP/loan agreement experience. 

#### Requirements
- Eligibility: Consultants registered in Eswatini; foreign consultants may participate. 
- Documentation (Eswatini-based or foreign): trading licence, tax clearance, company registration, Form J, Form C, identities of company directors, Labour Compliance Certificate, and Police Clearance for Eswatini companies. 
- Submission/process: sealed Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes; outer envelope marked with Tender No. EWADE0785; do not open before 10:10 on 30 Oct 2026. (Tender Document)
