## Summary

#### Overview
**KENHA seeks Consultancy Services to update the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the LVBDP: Chavakali – Kapsabet – Eldoret Road (~100 km).** Bidders should be experienced in ESIA/RAP for road projects, with expertise across environmental safeguards, social development, land valuation, livelihoods restoration, biodiversity, occupational safety, gender/SEA/SH, and GIS/survey inputs. The assignment is procured under World Bank regulations via Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) with a Simplified Technical Proposal format.

#### Requirements
- Proven track record in ESIA and RAP for large-scale transport projects; ability to deliver 48 person-months of key expert input.
- Team of Key Experts (K-1 to K-10) covering leadership, environmental/socioeconomic safeguards, RAP/resettlement, land valuation, survey/GIS, OSH, livelihoods, gender/SEA/SH, and ecology.
- Compliance with World Bank procurement rules, anti-corruption, conflict of interest, and SEA/SH prevention obligations.
- Eligibility: open to international consultants; no debarment; VAT exemption applies in Kenya; taxes to be handled as specified in Data Sheet.
- Proposals: only one per consultant; association with non-shortlisted firms permitted (not with other shortlisted firms); English language; STP technical proposal with Financial proposal; 120-day proposal validity.
- Documents: Power of Attorney, TECH-1 to TECH-7, FIN-1 to FIN-4, Code of Conduct, Undertakings, and Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form.
