**Final evaluation consultancy for the Civil Protection Strengthening for Durable Social Cohesion project, to be carried out by a national individual contractor.** The assignment spans 30 working days, including validation and delivery of the deliverables. Target bidders are national consultants with proven evaluation/research experience and ability to deliver in Côte d'Ivoire, preferably with French language deliverables.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and conducting final evaluations of development projects
- Strong qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
- Fluency in French and ability to produce outputs in French
- Availability to work as an individual contractor for the 30-day assignment
- National status (citizen/resident) of Côte d'Ivoire
