**SANRAL seeks CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE TRAINING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO UPGRADE ACCESS ROADS AND STORMWATER SYSTEM IN AND AROUND KWAGGAFONTEIN, near the R573 Section 2 (KM 36.20 to KM 48.00).** The contract is ~21 months; bidders must subcontract at least 30% to Targeted Enterprises and be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.

#### Requirements
