#### Overview
**Expression of Interest for an individual Security Liaison Officer to advise KDEAP on project-wide security management and risk mitigation across Kenya.** Industry: security management for large-scale infrastructure; required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in security-related fields, 7+ years of security management experience, 5 years in security-prone/crisis environments, knowledge of IEDs/drones/terrorism, proven ability to develop/implement security plans, and willingness to travel. #### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Military Science, Criminology, Public Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years in security management; ability to work independently under pressure.
- At least 5 years in security-prone conditions/crisis management; knowledge of IEDs, drones, terrorism/radicalization.
- Proven track record developing/implementing security management plans for large infrastructure in high-risk areas.
- Certification in relevant security courses (e.g., Certified Protection Professional) is an added advantage.
- Capabilities: knowledge of Kenyan national security policies; ability to work with security agencies; risk assessment methodologies; awareness of human rights standards; strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in English and Swahili; computer proficiency.
