#### Requirements
- Capable and competent service provider for CCTV and access-control solutions.
- Minimum functionality score of 70% to progress to price/preference evaluation.
- Evaluation sequence: compliance, functionality, then price and preference (80/20).
- B-BBEE Level 1–3 eligibility; targeted enterprises may tender.
- Tenders must be sealed and deposited in the official RBIDZ Tender Box by 12:00 on 28 August 2026; late or electronic submissions not accepted.
- Non-refundable R500 tender payment; payment into the specified Absa account; documents emailed after indication of interest and payment; refer to Tender Document.
- RBIDZ reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender and is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
