**Control, Co-ordination and Performance of Quality Control Activities and Physical Inspections on Maintenance, Outages and Projects related Activities at Tutuka Power Station for a period of 5 years.** This is a **Professional Services Contract** for QA/QC planning, inspection management and supplier quality assurance at a coal-fired power station, open to service providers with ISO 9001 QMS capability and compliance with Eskom SHE/OHS requirements. Bidders should have relevant QA/QC, auditing and inspection expertise and CIDB registration suitable for professional services in an outsourced maintenance/outages context.

#### Requirements
- Valid ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification with supporting evidence (QCP/ITP, audit records, management review).
- Demonstrated supplier quality management capability, including control of externally provided processes and monitoring of performance.
- Compliance with Eskom SHE/OHS rules, acts, life saving rules, inductions, and the ability to manage contractor/Supplier safety.
- CIDB registration at an appropriate grade; local content and BBBEE documentation as required (e.g., SANAS certificate or affidavit).
- Completion of Eskom tender returnables and forms (Annexures A–F, SBD 1/4/6.1, Tax questionnaire) and pricing schedule in PDF and Excel.
- Non-disclosure/Integrity obligations (NDA; Integrity Pact) and Acknowledgement forms.
- Provision of QA deliverables such as QCP/ITP and compliance with ISO 9001 clauses and Eskom standard tender conditions.
