#### Overview
**The IDC is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to conduct Corporate Comprehensive Health Assessments for IDC employees.** Bid category targets healthcare/wellness providers with corporate health experience, including HPCSA-registered professionals, pathology labs, and capabilities to deliver annual assessments, reporting, and SLA-backed performance.

- Corporate health assessment capability (pre-assessment, physical, pathology, reporting)
- Health Professions Council of SA registration and staff in good standing
- Ability to supply client group and individual reporting, and to operate under an SLA

- Returnable documents: Schedule 1–4, Board resolution, ID copies, Annexures 2–8 (Tax, BEE, Disclosures, Privacy), and financial statements or cashflow budget as applicable.
- No mobile units; supply footprint addresses; SLA upon award; price proposals separate file (Schedule 4).
