#### Overview
**The contract seeks a service provider to perform Corporate Network Management Monitoring and Maintenance for 36 months.** Bidders should have carrier-grade network experience in South Africa, proven network monitoring/maintenance capability, and compliance with OH&S and SCM rules. Required qualifications include dedicated personnel with specified certifications, OEM partnerships, and CSD registration to support Huawei and Cisco equipment.

#### Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant carrier-grade network management experience in SA, with client reference letters.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with network monitoring systems (e.g., SolarWinds, Cacti) supporting at least 500 nodes, with reference letters.
- Dedicated resources: 9 roles (Senior Core Engineer, Core Engineer, Junior Engineer, GIS Planner, Fibre Optic Technicians, Fault Admin, Operations Manager) with specified certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, HCIP, CFOT/FTS, ITIL, CCNA) and CVs.
- Specialisation: Advance Enterprise Networks Architecture certification (valid).
- OEM Partnership: Certified partnership with Huawei and Cisco for all listed equipment.
- CSD registration: Tenderers must be registered on the National Treasury CSD (MAAA numbers) and on the eThekwini vendor portal.
- Documentation: Tender must include all Returnable Schedules and Certificates (MBD forms 4,5,6.1,8,9), Authority of Signatory, Tax PIN/Tax Clearance, Municipal Fees Declaration, OH&S Declaration, Official Tender Form, and JV documentation if applicable (see attached tender docs).
