## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a 36-month Sewer Digital Survey (CCTV) Framework Contractor Panel for the eThekwini Sanitation Operations Department.** The panel will be allocated work based on previous performance and magnitude of work as determined by an Allocation Committee (Addendum 1). Eligible bidders: CIDB CE or higher, Grade 1 or higher (or equivalent).

#### Requirements
- CIDB: CE or higher (Grade 1 or higher).
- Experience: five (5) completed contracts or order numbers/fault numbers ( Amendments 1 and 3; Annex to Addendum 3).
- Evidence: signed reference letters and/or completion certificates for the five contracts; where possible include contract values/refs.
- Registrations: must be on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), the eThekwini Supplier Portal, and the JDE system.
- Compliance: Tax Compliance Status PINs, CIDB status, and B-BBEE status must be valid at closing and verified via CSD.
- Financials: Audited Financial Statements if tender value exceeds R10 million (incl. VAT).
- Municipal: Declaration of municipal rates/taxes clear of undisputed arrears.
- Insurance and vehicle/equipment compliance as per Annexure B (Addendum 5) and relevant Contract Data.
- Development: where applicable, consider B.U.I.L.D. Programme goals in pricing/plans.
