**Procurement of a 36-month Sewer Rodding Framework Contractor Panel for the eThekwini Sanitation Operations Department, to be used on an as-needed basis.** The panel targets sewer rodding contractors with CIDB CE 1 or higher, and requires demonstrated experience (five relevant contracts in the last 10 years), CIDB/B-BBEE/tax compliance, and registration on the eThekwini supplier systems. #### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading: 1 or higher CE (or higher).  
- Minimum experience: five (5) completed sewer-related contracts or order numbers/fault numbers in the last 10 years (per Addendum 3).  
- Proof of past work: signed reference letters and/or completion certificates; where available, include contract numbers.  
- Vehicles/equipment: comply with Annexure B vehicle/equipment schedule; vehicle leasing limited to a maximum of three (per Addendum 1).  
- Registrations: valid on National Treasury CSD, eThekwini Supplier Portal, and eThekwini JDE System.  
- Tax and compliance: valid Tax Compliance PIN; CIDB status; B-BBEE (as required); municipal rates clearance.  
- Documentation: complete returnable schedules and forms (including Enterprise Questionnaire and MBD forms where applicable).  
- Clarification meeting attendance: compulsory (15 September 2026, 11:00, Pinetown Civic Hall) and queries by 17 Sept 2026; answers posted by 25 Sept 2026.

#### How to Apply
