#### Overview
**CTICC invites bids for the Appointment of Audio-Visual Event Service Providers (CTICC 014/2027).** Suitably qualified, experienced and registered AV suppliers should consider bidding to provide AV event services, equipment, crew and on-site support.

#### Requirements
- Minimum functionality score: 70 (for CTICC 014/2027; and per tender document for related CTICC 018/2027) 
- Scoring: CTICC 014/2027 uses 90/10 (price 90; B-BBEE 8; locality 2); CTICC 018/2027 uses 80/20 (price 80; B-BBEE 15; locality 5)
- Bidders must be registered on the CTICC or Central Supplier Database prior to adjudication
- Mandatory briefing session on 21 October 2026 at CTICC 2: Aloe
- Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes; late proposals, or e-mail/fax submissions, will not be accepted
- Documents must be completed per terms and conditions in the tender; submit the original bid documents
