## Summary

#### Overview
**CTICC 018/2027 covers the repair, maintenance and servicing of acoustic operable walls at CTICC.** Bidders with facilities management, acoustics, or partition systems expertise (and relevant experience with operable walls) are encouraged to bid. This tender is bundled with CTICC 014/2027 (Audio-Visual Event Service Providers) in the CTICC package.

#### Requirements
- Minimum functionality score of 70; tenders evaluated on functionality per the tender document.  
- Tender scoring: 80/20 (80 price, 20 other criteria) with 15 for B-BBEE and 5 for locality; minimum functionality must be met.  
- Bidders not already on the CTICC or Central Supplier Database must be registered prior to adjudication to be responsive.  
- Bid submissions must be in a sealed A4 envelope clearly stating the bid number and name; deposit into the CTICC tender box specific to CTICC 018/2027.  
- Late bids, or bids submitted by e-mail or fax, will not be accepted.  
- Enquiries must be in writing to tender4@cticc.co.za.  
- All bids opened publicly; CTICC reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, or reject proposals.
