## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a Communications and Marketing Service Providers panel for CTICC.** CTICC invites suitably qualified, experienced, and registered agencies to bid for a panel of communications and marketing service providers to support CTICC’s needs. Bidders should have relevant communications/marketing expertise and demonstrate capability to operate as a panel supplier (see CTICC 041 - Communications Marketing - Tender Advert.pdf).

#### Requirements
- Minimum functionality score of 70; overall evaluation uses 80/20: 80 for price, 15 for B-BBEE, 5 for locality.  
- Bidders must be registered on the CTICC Database or Central Supplier Database prior to adjudication to be responsive.  
- Bids must be submitted as completed original documents in a sealed A4 envelope; late or non-sealed submissions not accepted.  
- Physical tender documents can be purchased for R200 or requested electronically (free); documents may also be downloaded from CTICC’s website.  
- Enquiries should be directed in writing to tender4@cticc.co.za.
