## Summary

#### Overview
**The tender is for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new educational facility at Arcadia Senior Secondary School.** Eligible bidders must hold CIDB grading of 8GB or higher in General Building, for a 28-month contract based on JBCC Edition 6.2 (2018). #### Requirements
- CIDB: Grade 8GB or higher; JV has specific lead-partner and combined requirements (see Tender Data).  
- Functional eligibility: minimum 60/100 points to proceed (Table A1).  
- Compliance: CIDB active status, SBD forms, CSD registration, tax matters in order, POPIA consent, JV agreements if applicable.  
- Returnable documents: Form of Offer and Acceptance, complete Bills of Quantities, Project References (minimum 3), Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, SBD 1/4/6.1, record of addenda, CSD proof, CIDB certificate.  
- Subcontracting: about 30% to SMMEs (25% local, 5% ICDP).  
- Health, safety and special subcontractor requirements for Fire Protection, LPG, Electronic and Electrical systems (as specified in the tender) if awarded.
