**Design, develop, deploy and operationalize a Digital Legal Information System (DLIS) for the National Council for Law Reporting (NCLR) in The Gambia.** UNDP-GMB seeks a consultancy to design, build, deploy and operationalize the DLIS including data migration, integration, training and ongoing support.
