#### Overview
**The ARC invites quotes for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and training of three 1 000 L IBC-based biogas reactor systems.** Bidders should have demonstrated experience in design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of biogas/anaerobic digestion systems, provide on-site training, and meet South African procurement requirements (tax compliance, CSD registration, BBBEE).

#### Requirements
- Compulsory SCM documents:
  - Tax pin or Tax Compliance Status letter from SARS
  - Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms
  - Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number
  - BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Special Conditions (must comply):
  - Deliver, install, test and commission at ARC site within lead time
  - Contingency up to 15% with written motivation and approval
  - On-site training for ARC personnel
  - Rectify defects during warranty at no cost
  - Replace defective components at no cost
  - Final acceptance after installation, testing, commissioning and written acceptance
  - Submit operating, maintenance manuals, warranty certificates, drawings, commissioning records
  - Compliance with safety requirements (OSH Act and SA legislation)
  - Materials must be new and meet specifications
  - After-sales support during warranty
- Compulsory requirements:
  - Company profile showing relevant Biogas/AD experience
  - Minimum three client reference letters for at least two biogas reactors
  - Warranty letter (12 months) on company letterhead
  - Technical datasheets and brochures for all major components
  - Detailed project implementation schedule with lead times and milestones
- Administrative requirements:
  - Valid tax pin (SARS)
  - CSD registration number
  - Completed SBD forms
  - Quotation must be delivered to the ARC address; warranty terms clearly stated
  - Quotation valid for 60 days
  - Prices in ZAR, incl. VAT, covering delivery and related costs
  - Quotation on official letterhead, duly signed
  - Delivery occurs upon purchase order
  - National Treasury GCC and ARC SCM code of conduct apply
  - ARC may perform due diligence and benchmark prices
  - Late or incomplete submissions disqualified
