## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of design, manufacture, supply and installation of office branding, signage and wayfinding for NRWDI’s new offices.** Bidders with proven experience in corporate signage, environmental branding and installation, capable of delivering a phased eight-week program, and able to verify dimensions on site, should bid.

#### Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant signage/environmental branding experience; at least three comparable projects in the last five years; three signed client references.
- Attendance at compulsory site inspection on 28 September 2026 at 10:00; on-site verification of dimensions before manufacture.
- Submission of: company profile; ID copies of owners/directors; CSD/BBBEE documentation; tax clearance status; ISO 9001:2015 certification status.
- Full compliance with RFQ price structure; eight-week implementation programme and methodology; detailed materials/finishes; CVs for project lead and site supervisor; on-site measurement verification before production.
- Completion of SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, and registration on the Central Supplier Database; non-tax-compliant bidders or restricted/tender-defaulter bidders are disqualified.
- Delivery must be to 72 New Road, Glen Austin AH, Midrand; quotes must be valid for 60 working days.
