## Summary

#### Overview
**This ITT seeks design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of fixed hydrogen gas detection systems for battery rooms at Drakensberg and Ingula Pumped Storage Schemes.** Bidders should have engineering capability in hydrogen detection systems, electrical installation and commissioning, plus relevant safety and quality certifications (ISO 9001, CIDB registration, OHS compliance). The NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract framework will govern the project (see Attachment 4 NEC3 Contract).

#### Requirements
- ISO 9001-based Supplier Quality Management System and related quality documentation (see Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000).
- Compliance with Eskom OHS and hydrogen-specific safety requirements, including the OHS baseline risk assessment (Ingula PSS) and OHS for Fixed Hydrogen Gas Detection System at Battery Room.
- CIDB registration data to be provided; CIDB/CPG/CSDG details may apply (Form of Offer references CIDB registration).
- Local/foreign content declarations as applicable (SBD, Annexures C–G); include SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2 as indicated.
- Adherence to Integrity Pact, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Supplier Declaration of Interest (Annexure A–D).
- Review of Scope of Work, Technical Evaluation Criteria, and Safety Requirements in Attachments 3, 6, 7–10 (including OHS risk assessment).
- Compliance with NEC3 ECSC data and completion of Schedule of Deviations if any (from NEC3 Contract).
