## Summary

#### Overview
**Design, supply and delivery of a new fire fighting pick-up with equipment up to 30 June 2029.** Drakenstein Municipality invites bids from suppliers of specialised firefighting vehicles to design, supply and deliver a new fire fighting pick-up with equipment (tender TSPM 3/2026). Suitable bidders should meet pre-qualification criteria for specialised vehicles and comply with municipal bidding conditions.

#### Requirements
- Bidders must be registered on Drakenstein Municipality’s supplier database.
- Tax status must comply with MBD 1 (Part B).
- Adhere to the GCC and special conditions for bidding; meet relevant specifications.
- Pre-qualification criteria applicable to specialised vehicles (as indicated in tender document).
- Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number.
- Submission to tender box 1 before closing time; late or non-compliant submissions are invalid.
- Tender validity: at least 180 days after closing.
- Procurement Preference Point System: 80/20.
- Bids via telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail or late submissions will not be accepted.
