## Summary

#### Overview
**Design, supply and erection of Umzinyathi District boundary signage.** This construction tender targets suitably qualified service providers with CIDB contractor grading designation 1 SK or higher and the capability to design, supply and erect boundary signage. Site briefing is not required. Bid documents are available from 14 October 2026.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 1 SK or higher.
- Mandatory documents to submit: originals or certified copies of owner’s ID, company registration (CIPC) or valid ID for Sole Proprietor, recent municipal accounts in the bidder’s name (and for directors’ names), affidavits where applicable, MBD 3.1 stamped and MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9 completed, and CSD documentation, plus full CSD Report. 
- Declarations: false declarations on MBD 4 paragraph 3.14 or CSD data lead to automatic disqualification.
- Quotations must be on official bidding documents and on company letterhead.
- Prices must be valid for 90 days and inclusive of VAT and disbursements.
- Adjudication: 80/20 Preferential Points; municipal document must be used; lowest quote not guaranteed.
