## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of design, supply, installation, maintenance and support of LAN network cabling infrastructure and related products for Bergrivier Municipality, from date of appointment until 30 June 2027.** Open to suitably qualified service providers with LAN/network cabling and ICT infrastructure capabilities. No CIDB grade required; bidders must meet CSD, TCS/PIN, BBBEE and related SCM requirements per the tender documents.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with CSD number; provide Tax Compliance Status PIN/TCS and CSD details.  
- B-BBEE: submit an originally certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; 80/20 price/participation/BBBEE scoring with 10 points for BBBEE.  
- PPPFA evaluation: 80 points for price, 10 for specific goals, 10 for BBBEE.  
- Compulsory site briefing: 25 August 2026 at 11:00; attendance required.
