**Develop RPL toolkits for three occupational qualifications (Cook, Kitchen Hand and Food Handler)** and related capacity-building services to enable implementation by CATHSSETA and its providers. - Deliverables and process: detailed project proposal and implementation plan; CVs of key personnel; alignment with QCTO curriculum; confidentiality agreement; workshops with QCTO-accredited providers; progress reports and final toolkits in editable formats; pricing clearly aligned to scope.
- Governance and ethics: compliance with PPPFA, SCM policies, and anti-fraud provisions; ability to provide proof of claims (e.g., reference letters and purchase orders).
