## Summary

#### Overview
**Development of an electricity infrastructure database planning and design for a four-month period.** Re-advert for accredited service providers to deliver professional electrical infrastructure planning/design and associated data/database work for King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality (re-advert). Suitable for electrical engineering, data management/GIS and related consulting firms.

#### Requirements
- Accredited service providers only; adhere to JV requirements if applicable.  
- Complete and submit all required tender forms (MBD 1–9) and Annexures A–F; otherwise non-responsive.  
- JV arrangements (if any) must be fully documented with all partners complying.  
- For offers ≥ R10 million (incl. VAT): submit audited financial statements for the past three years.  
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).  
- Provide a municipal rates statement (not older than 3 months) and, if applicable, director’s property rates; lease where relevant.  
- Certified copies must be recent (not older than 6 months). No erasures; sign price alterations; black ink only.  
- Bids valid for 90 days. No late, incomplete, unsigned, or faxed submissions.  
- PPPFA evaluation: Stage 1 Compliance, Stage 2 Functionality (min 70/100 to proceed), Stage 3 Price and Specific Goals; full CSPD/PPPFA requirements apply.
