## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of the development of new cemeteries and extension of existing and access roads within both cemeteries, to be delivered through civil-engineering construction works.** Open municipal tender by Matatiele Local Municipality; intended for contractors with civil construction capability and CIDB registration for public works.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration appropriate for public works.
- Original Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS compliance (TCS) for bidders; separate TCS for consortia/joint ventures.
