#### Requirements

- Bidders must be registered on CSD and meet tax clearance requirements (PIN or TCS) and provide related documentation.  
- Technical scope: supply and install 2‑way radio system for 3 DM centers and 3 vehicles; at least 2 repeater channels; solar‑powered installations with specified panels and batteries; DV‑2066/DV4050 radios and related antennas; compatible desktop mic/headphones; mobile radios for vehicles.
