**Disconnection/reconnection and still-off inspections/visits of electricity supply meters for the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality**. Open to bidders registered on the NMBM supplier database and capable of performing meter disconnections/reconnections and related on-site inspections.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality supplier database.
- Submit bids on the official forms provided by the Municipality (not re-typed or copied).
- Obtain tender documents from the SCM Tender Office or Kariega offices; pay the non-refundable tender fee (R869.02) and provide proof of payment.
- Submit in sealed envelopes clearly stating contract number and description; place in the specified tender boxes (Harrower Road North End or 17 Sellick Street Kariega) between 08:00–16:00 on weekdays.
- Bid must be valid for 90 days.
- The Council may not accept the lowest or any tender; adhere to the Municipality’s SCM policy.
- Late tenders will not be accepted.
- Attendance at briefing/clarification sessions is governed by the published conditions (see attached notices).
