- JV agreement if applicable; compliance with GCC/PPPF regulations; no brand-name omissions where required.
- Pricing must be firm and inclusive of all taxes; MBD forms (MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) completed; POPIA consents where required.
- Municipal rates arrears must not be older than 90 days; lease/municipal accounts verifications as applicable.
