#### Overview
**The IDT invites bids to participate in a three-year panel of multi-disciplinary firms or consortia of PSPs to deliver professional construction project management services (Stages 1-6) for infrastructure projects in the Eastern Cape.** Tender ID: IDTEC/35/MULTI-CON-PANEL/2026/27. - Professional Indemnity of at least R6 million (or R2 million per discipline if consortium; excludes social facilitator).
- Disciplines must provide proof of registration (Prof. Architect SACAP; Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineers ECSA; Occupational Health & Safety CHSA SACPCMP; Social Facilitator).

- Stage 2: Functionality (minimum 70% threshold; 490/700 points). Evaluation covers:
- A) Firm’s experience on at least four similar projects (>= R15m each).
- B) Client reference letters for those projects.
- C) Key personnel qualifications, registrations, and experience for the project.
