#### Overview
**Electoral Youth Engagement Consultant (National) to support the National Elections Commission (NEC) in Liberia by formulating a national youth electoral engagement strategy.** This is an Individual Contractor (IC) assignment for 64 working days over a 4-month period. Bidders should be individuals with:
- experience in electoral governance and youth engagement
- capability in strategy development and policy formulation
- ability to work in Liberia and coordinate with NEC and UNDP
- fluency in English and proven stakeholder facilitation

- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic documents or policy briefs

Electoral Youth Engagement Consultant (National)

Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to provide support to the National Elections Commission (NEC) in the formulation of a youth electoral engagement strategy

Period of assignment/services: 64 working days over a 4-month period

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
