**UJ invites bids for Electric Micro-Mobility devices and related services for security patrols and rapid-response operations.** Bidders should be suppliers of micromobility hardware and services (electric scooters, e-bikes, mopeds, fleet platforms) with capabilities in device specs, battery performance, charging, GPS fleet management, security features, maintenance, training, warranties, and flexible commercial options. Bidders must register on the UJ supplier portal and submit electronically via the Oracle Cloud tender portal (Annexure A documents required). This is RFI UJ 03/2026; submissions close 04 November 2026 12:00 via the UJ tender portal."

Electric Micro-Mobility

Dear Sir/Madam You are hereby invited by the University of Johannesburg to participate in the tender process for RFI UJ 03/2026: ELECTRIC MICRO-MOBILITY. Your proposal must be in accordance with the Instructions for Tenderers and the Specification document. Changes to the UJ standard terms and conditions should be indicated in the acceptance form provided. However, proposed changes, that in the view of UJ, change the scope of work, shall not be allowed or accepted. It is the responsibility of all Service Providers to register on the UJ Supplier Portal and to ensure that their tender is submitted not later than the appointed date and time.
