#### Overview
**The IDT seeks to appoint an Electrical Contractor to provide operation, maintenance and related electrical services for the IDT National Office over a 3-year period.** Bidders should have CIDB 1EB+, be ECSA-accredited, and provide appropriate professional certifications (DHET electrical trade certification, COIDA good standing, public liability insurance). Scope covers electrical maintenance across ~6000 m2, 2 floors, 1 basement, 144 air-conditioners, 94 offices, 6 DB boards, and 208 occupants.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading certificate of 1EB or higher
- Electrical Contractors’ Association registration or equivalent certifications
- Trade test certificate for the involved resources (medium/high voltage)
- DHET electrical contracting trade certification
- ECSA-accredited Project Manager
- COIDA letter of good standing
- Valid public liability insurance
- Source documents: CIPC company docs, identity proofs for ownership categories (Woman/Youth/Disability/Black ownership), SARS VAT/PIN as applicable
- Submit mandatory forms: SDB 4 and SDB 6.1 (and SBD 6.1 for preference points)
