**The City of Cape Town invites tenders for the Elsies River Infill Housing Project: construction of 376 top structures, electrical infrastructure including streetlights, landscaping and sidewalks in Elsies River–Goodwood.** Suitable bidders are contractors with CIDB 8GB or higher, active NHBRC registration, and proof of BIBC registration; preference is given under HDI/RDP goals and SCM Policy.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading designation of 8GB or higher.
- Current NHBRC registration and proof of BIBC registration.
- Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database (if not pre-registered, to be done on request).
- Compliance with HDI and/or RDP goals and Preferential Procurement Regulations.
- Compulsory site clarification meeting: 13 August 2026 at Ravensmead Community Centre.
- Tender documents: collect from Tender Distribution Office; non-refundable fee of R300.

#### How to Apply

- Attend the compulsory site visit/clarification at Ravensmead Community Centre on 13 August 2026, 10:00 (see Advert Tender Doc-36Q-26-27.pdf).
