**Procurement of enablement works for the new re-aligned runway project at Cape Town International Airport (CTIA), for a 48-month NEC3 ECC contract.** The tender is open to CIDB contractor grading of 7CE or higher (or a combined grading for JV), with compulsory briefing and site inspection. #### Requirements
- CIDB: 7CE or higher (combined grading acceptable for JV).  
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS TCS PIN or CSD number; separate TCS/PIN for each JV party if applicable.  
- Submit on official forms; adhere to GCC and NEC3-based contract data; sign Form of Offer and Acceptance; Schedule of Deviations if any.  
- Compulsory briefing (26 Aug 2026) and compulsory site visit (26–28 Aug 2026) with attendance recorded.
