**Procurement of the Energy Efficiency Schools Programme (EESP) for 2027/2028/2029, including management and delivery of school-based energy-efficiency activities (Phase A–D: play rehearsals, performance, workshops, poster competition, close-out) over the contract period.** Firms with experience in educational outreach, youth programmes, theatre-in-education, event management or multimedia production should consider bidding. - Comply with the City of Cape Town SCM Policy; avoid/declare conflicts of interest. 
- Two-envelope system not used (2.1.5.2). 
- Complete: Details of Tenderer; Certificate of Authority for Partnerships/JVs; partnership agreement (if applicable); Declarations (Interest, Conflict of Interest, Independent Bid Determination); Tax compliance; Authorisation for deduction of amounts owed; absence of SCM infractions; SARS tax status; etc.
