## Summary

#### Overview
**Enlistment of two Information Security Analysts under the Expert Skills Scheme** to support CERT-MU within the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation. Bids are limited to Mauritian nationals or Mauritius-incorporated entities, with ethics declarations and compliance with procurement rules; past ineligibility by international financial institutions may disqualify bidders. The assignment covers incident response, vulnerability assessment, digital forensics, cyber threat intelligence, exercises and related technical cybersecurity work for CERT-MU.

#### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Network Security, Digital Forensics or related field.
- Relevant professional cybersecurity certifications (advantage).
- At least two years’ relevant experience in cybersecurity, incident handling, vulnerability assessment, digital forensics, threat intelligence, and related activities.
- Practical knowledge in incident response, vulnerability assessment, digital forensics, cyber threat intelligence; experience with CERT/CSIRT or SOC is advantageous.
- Desirable: scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, JavaScript, PowerShell) and ability to develop automation; familiarity with threat platforms (e.g., MISP).
- Experience with government or critical information infrastructure is advantageous.
