## Summary

#### Overview
**Establishment of a CIDB CE level 6-9 panel of civil engineering contractors for a 3-year term.** This open tender by the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport targets CIDB CE6-9 contractors capable of road rehabilitation, new roads, culverts, bridges and sinkhole rehabilitation; bid is subject to compulsory briefing and strict CIDB/CSD/tax/registration prerequisites. 

#### Requirements
- Valid CIDB registration at CE level 6, 7, 8 or 9; submit certificate/number with tender. 
- For CE 6–7: Construction Manager must be registered with ECSA Pr Techni Eng OR SACPCMP Pr CM and hold a minimum NQF6 Civil Engineering qualification; provide proof. For CE 8–9: required Pr Eng/Tech or SACPCMP Pr CM and a minimum BTech/NQF7 in Civil Engineering; provide proof. 
- Safety Officer must be SACPCMP-registered (no Candidate/Safety Agent). 
- Must be a South African entity or have a local SA branch; be fully tax compliant; comply with SA labour, health, safety and environmental laws. 
- Submit complete SBD 4 forms; integrity pack; CSD full report; JV agreements if bidding as a joint venture (must not bid individually for the same level). 
- Attend compulsory briefing and have attendance recorded; non-attendance disqualifies. 
- Provide proof of plant/equipment (per T1 schedules) and completion certificates and verification forms for relevant projects since 2010 (Schedule E/T1.7). 
- Returnable documents, forms and schedules as required in the bid pack (T1 series, SBDs, Schedule A-D, T1.3, T1.4/T1.5, T1.6, T1.7). 
- Bidders may be disqualified for collusion, defaulter lists, misrepresentation or conflict of interest.
