**Establishment of a panel of service providers to support implementation of the signed Memorandum of Agreement, various national environmental directives and departmental environmental policy over a period of three years.** The panel seeks service providers with environmental planning, licensing (water use, air emission), training, climate change integration, biodiversity/land management, laboratory analysis, GIS/spatial analysis, and related compliance capabilities to support DLRRD.

#### Requirements
- Register with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and insert the reference number on SBD 1.
- Ensure tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or, if unavailable, a CSD number; consortia/ JV require separate TCS for each party.
- Complete and submit attached bid documents: GCC, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 5, SBD 6.1, and the Terms of Reference.
- Indicate discount/ pricing approach if sole agent/ supplier (discount to other clients or net profit before tax).
