**Establishment of an Approved Panel of not more than five Legal Services Practitioners for a period of 36 months.** Bidders should be qualified legal practitioners or law firms capable of providing municipal legal services and must meet CSD registration, Tax Compliance Status verification, BBBEE, and proofs of directors' residence and business address. - Specific Goal contribution (20 points) and price (80 points) with total 100 points
